    Puedo devolver mi compra?

    We don’t accept devolutions for specimens.  In the rest of the categories, if the stone has any defect please send an email to us, attach a photo and the Invoice and our team will solve your issue quickly. Returns are available for 14 days after you have received the packing. If your purchase is for more than U$S 200 the return is free, else the cost it’s U$S 40.

    Can I pay with a credit card?

    For instance we only accept PayPal in the store, if you want to pay with Prex or Bank Transfer, please send an email with the product and our team will help you with the information.

    What happens with the payment of customs tax?

    All princes in our store are CIF -Cost, Insurance and Flet- They don’t include customs or nacilolization taxes. If you want more information about your country foreign trade taxes policy, please ask us and we will provide you with the information you need.
